Galatasaray have submitted a €45 million (£38.4m) offer to Arsenal for Brazilian forward Gabriel Martinelli, according to Florian Plettenberg. The 25-year-old is attracting interest from the Turkish champions as they look to strengthen their attack.
Arsenal are also reportedly prepared to listen to offers for Spanish midfielder Martin Zubimendi, with a fee of at least £77m required.
Chelsea are said to be strong contenders for the 27-year-old.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa have opened talks with West Ham United over a possible £25m move for right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka. The 28-year-old DR Congo international is being considered as Villa look to reinforce their defence.
Ipswich Town are reportedly close to completing the signing of Strasbourg's 20-year-old Ivory Coast-born right-back and midfielder Abdoul Ouattara.
