I Was In The Court To Witness The Okoye's Case, I Noticed Peter Entered The Courtroom And Sat Right In Front Of Me
About 15 to 20 minutes later, Rudeboy entered with Jude Okoye and sat behind me. The judge eventually adjourned the other cases. Then I heard them call the next case, which was between Peter, Paul and Jude.

Mr P stood up and went into the witness box. When he entered, Rudeboy and Jude had to leave the courtroom. That was when Peter started explaining everything, including how he found out about Northside Music and Northside Entertainment.

When he finished, Jude and Rudeboy’s lawyer came up to question him. The first question he asked was, ‘Are you a signatory to the accounts that all three of you own?’

Peter said no and explained that whenever he needed money, he would tell Jude, ‘Okay, I need ₦10 million,’ and Jude would call Paul, give Paul ₦10 million and take ₦10 million for himself. He said that was how they had been splitting their money.

Then the lawyer brought out a document showing that Peter was actually a signatory and had the right to withdraw from the accounts. Peter said he didn’t know anything about the document and maintained that he had never withdrawn money from the account.

They kept going back and forth over that same question until Peter eventually said, ‘Okay, fine, I’m a signatory to this account, but I have never withdrawn. You can check all the history of the account. I have never withdrawn, and I don’t think Paul has either. It’s just Jude Okoye.’

I think this was sometime in May. Then, four or five days ago, when Peter started dropping videos about everything that happened, I started following the story because I wanted to see if he would change his story or say something different from what he said in court.

But from part one to six, every single thing Peter said was the same thing he said in court that day. That day in court was even the first time I heard them discussing some of the amounts in dollars. All the money Peter was talking about in relation to Jude was in dollars; he never mentioned naira.

There were only two things Peter said in court that I had never heard before. One was that they have another elder brother called Henry, who was the one sponsoring P-Square while Jude was still in school.

The second was about the property they bought two minutes away from Peter’s house, which he said had already been seized by the EFCC.

Those were the only two things I heard from Peter that were new to me. So what I’m trying to say is, if Mr P was ly!ng, I would have known, because I would have heard a different version of everything he said in court from what he later posted..."
